The use of the Services is also regulated by Our Terms and Conditions (hereafter referred to as – "Terms"). You must agree to this Privacy Policy and the Terms prior to accessing or using the Services, including installing or using Our Mobile Application. By installing or accessing Our Mobile Application, You agree to be bound by this Privacy Policy and the Terms, and You guarantee and warrant that You have understood and have accepted this Privacy Policy and the Terms. If You do not understand or agree to this Privacy Policy and/or the Terms, You are not allowed to use the Services and, therefore, You should not install or access and use the Mobile Application or you should immediately terminate usage of the Services and immediately cease using the Mobile Application.
